Finance Analyst

TaxDome is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to build and maintain advanced financial models that guide go-to-market strategies, long-term financial planning, and key business decisions. The role involves monitoring SaaS metrics, preparing financial reports, and providing critical insights to leadership.

• Monitor and analyze core SaaS financial and operational metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, retention, expansion, downsell, gross margin)
• Prepare and update monthly financial reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Build and maintain robust, data-driven financial models based on senior leadership direction
• Translate management KPIs into executable logic within dashboards and reports
• Conduct scenario modeling to evaluate risks, opportunities, and potential outcomes
• Support monthly business reviews by validating data and preparing insights for presentations
• Work with data analysts, engineers, and finance team to ensure alignment and accuracy
• Collaborate with department leads to monitor performance metrics and optimize resource allocation
• Ensure consistency of financial data across HubSpot, Stripe, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest data-driven process improvements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a SaaS subscription-based business
• Strong knowledge of key SaaS metrics and their business implications
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel with strong financial modeling capabilities
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP accounting standards (preferred)
• Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills with problem-solving mindset
• Strong data interpretation and presentation skills to translate numbers into actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and switch focus effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting to stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools (LookerStudio, Power BI, Tableau)
• English proficiency B2 and above
• Plus: Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), payment systems (Stripe), basic SQL, VBA or Google Apps Script automation
