What you'll do
- Identify and pressure-test growth opportunities within a defined scope and support strategy development with business partners.
- Operationalize strategic ideas into executable plans, collaborating with other teams to incorporate their priorities and constraints.
- Communicate forecasts, analyses, and trends to senior cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
- Use insights and data to develop narratives that influence stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support initiative growth using a metrics-oriented perspective.
- Develop workstreams and operational processes; proactively identify obstacles and help unblock them.
- Access, transform, synthesize, and analyze data from cross-platform sources to assess trends, signals, and risks.
- Execute ad hoc analyses to test hypotheses and answer ambiguous or complex business questions, delivering actionable insights.
- Contribute to culture, diversity, inclusion, and belonging efforts; seek and provide constructive feedback and pursue skill development.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & ops, or related field.
- Preferred: 1+ year of experience in the technology industry.
- Skills: Strategic thinking, cross-team collaboration, financial acumen, stakeholder management, forecasting, data analysis.
Conditions
- Work model: Hybrid (work from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days based on team business needs).
- Compensation: Pay range $98,000–$158,000 annually; total compensation may include annual bonus, stock, and benefits.
