Associate, Strategic Finance

Beast Industries (MrBeast) is a media and entertainment company spanning digital media, consumer products, philanthropy, and new business initiatives. The Associate, Strategic Finance will build and scale planning, reporting, and analytics infrastructure to improve financial visibility and support strategic and operational decisions across the organization.

• Own and evolve the strategic finance cadence, including annual planning, forecasting, monthly reviews, and long-range models.
• Partner with business leaders and finance stakeholders to develop budgets and track performance across revenue and operating costs.
• Lead improvements to forecasting accuracy and transparency through strong models and operational processes.
• Develop financial frameworks that align investment decisions with strategic priorities.
• Create executive-ready reports and insights, including board and investor materials.
• Build and scale dashboards, planning tools, and systems to enable real-time decision making.
• Identify and solve cross-functional planning challenges to connect strategic goals with financial execution.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for new initiatives, business cases, and operating strategy changes.

• 4+ years of experience in strategic planning roles (high-growth or consumer-facing industries preferred).
• Early experience in investment banking and/or consulting (highly desirable).
• Experience building and managing financial planning processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders, including executives.
• Strong communication skills to simplify financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and bring structure to evolving processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
