Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Summary

Finalsite, a community relationship management platform serving 7,000+ K-12 schools worldwide, is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights across the organization and support executive leadership with strategic decision-making and board-level reporting.

What you'll do

Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles; build and maintain financial models for revenue, margin, headcount, and cash flow; develop scenario modeling for strategic initiatives; deliver monthly financial reporting with variance analysis; create dashboards and KPI tracking for ARR, churn, bookings, and margins; support operating reviews with department leaders; partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and HR on financial alignment; prepare board-level reporting materials; improve FP&A processes and reporting automation; strengthen financial discipline across the organization.

Requirements

5-10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience; strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics; demonstrated budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling experience; advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; BI tools experience preferred; ability to communicate with finance and non-finance leaders; experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or PE-backed environments; preferred experience with Professional Services financial planning, NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, Workday, Power BI, Tableau, and board reporting.
